Coaches will be informed that these sessions will take priority over team practices (goalies excused from practice to attend these sessions).

Players will be placed in a group based on their registration numbers, age and experience. You will receive an email before the first session. The sessions will run from 4:30-5:30 and 5:30-6:30 at Wally B Arena on the following dates:
