2022 Equipment Return

Important information about the equipment when returning it.
- Make sure all jerseys have been washed and hung to dry. Jerseys need to be returned in numerical order
- Make sure all puck bags have the same amount of pucks that were taken out or the team will be charged $50
- If you are returning anything broken or damaged please let us know so we can have it repaired for next year.
- Equipment may only be returned during the selected time.
Important information about receiving team bonds back
- Cheques will be endorsed to the team unless it was paid for personally by the coach.
- Moose Jaw Minor Hockey will require an up-to-date copy of the team's financials prior to bond cheques being issued. it is recommended that this be brought to your return time
- If a team has any fines or is charged with missing or damaged equipment it will be taken off the bond cheque.
- Once cheques are available for pick up your division director will contact you about pickup, cheques will be mailed upon request confirmation of address will be required.
- When steps 2 and 3 are completed and your bank account has been closed and financials finalized send your team's final financial statement to admin@mjhockey.com
