Annual General Meeting - POSTPONED

Please be advised that our AGM which was scheduled for April 21 has been postponed. New date TBD
The Moose Jaw Minor Hockey Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 21st at 7:00 PM at the Heritage Inn
The Association is looking for people to be part of the 2020-21 Board of Directors. Currently, the positions to be filled are:
- President (2-year term)
- Secretary (2-year term)
- Treasurer (2-year term)
- Equipment Director (2-year term)
- Tournament Director (1-year term)
- Division Coordinators (1-year term) Initiation, Novice, Atom, Peewee, Bantam, Midget, Tier, Female

ARTICLE NINE - AMENDMENTS TO THE ARTICLES OF THE CONSTITUTION
The articles of this constitution shall be amended as follows:
- Notice of proposed amendments must be submitted to the Association Business Manager at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the date of the Annual or Special General Meeting.
- All proposed amendments that have been submitted must be published on the Moose Jaw Minor Hockey Website at least seven (7) calendar days in advance of the meeting. At the annual meeting or special general meeting, a 2/3-majority of members present will be required to carry the motion.
