Attention Parents and Coaches
Doug and Marilyn Dooley, owners of the McDonald’s restaurants for Moose Jaw, are our sponsors for the Atom Division for Minor Hockey. The Dooley’s bought the jerseys and socks for the entire division and allow the players to keep them at the end of the season.
The Dooley’s and I have decided to do a special “Jersey Presentation” event at the 9th Avenue Northeast McDonald’s restaurant on Wednesday October 24th at 7PM. All players will receive a cheeseburger and a pop. During the event, the coaches for the teams will present their players with their jerseys for the season. Players will be called up one at a time and presented their jerseys. After they receive their jerseys they can go to the till and receive their complimentary cheeseburger and beverage. We anticipate having the event wrapped up within the hour, and you are free to leave once you receive your jersey and food. The local media has been invited and photos will be taken throughout the event to be posted on social media.
The Dooley’s and I are very excited for this season to begin and we hope that this inaugural jersey night is the first of many for years to come. Moose Jaw Minor Hockey is very grateful for the sponsorship we receive from McDonalds and Dooley’s.
We look forward to hopefully seeing all the parents and players at McDonalds on the 24th.
