MJMHA Game Sheet Reporting – October 2025

Starting this season, all game sheets for all divisions will be entered by one designated stats person.


Game Information​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  • Ensure the game date, time, location, and game type are filled out in the top center of the sheet.

Team Rosters

  • Both team rosters must be written in or applied using stickers on all three copies of the game sheet.
  • If using stickers (2x4 labels work best), ensure all changes are made on every page.
  • Cross off players not dressed and coaches not on the bench.
  • Write in suspended players and note the suspension (e.g., Susp. 1 of 2).

Signatures

  • Coaches must sign the score sheet before it is given to the timekeeper. Your signature is you verification that the roster is accurate
  • Timekeepers ensure that the officials sign the score sheet following the game.

Post-Game Procedures

  • If there are any supeions to write up the officials will take the sheet and complete the paperwork, time keeper will need to wait for the sheet to be returned
  • Both teams should receive a copy of the completed game sheet.
  • The home team must keep the white copy on file in case MJMHA needs to obtain the original. – in extreme cases the official may need to keep it to submit to Hockey Sask

Submission of Game Sheets to MJMJA

  • The home team must email the game sheet (both sides, if there is writing on the back) within 12 hours of the game’s completion to the appropriate stats email listed below.
  • The email must include a clear digital scan at a high resolution. If the scan quality is poor, another copy will be requested.

Suspensions 

  • In the event that infractions that could result in a suspendable offence teams will be notified
