Moose Jaw Minor Hockey is Looking for Division Leads!

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed volunteers to serve as Division Leads for the 2026–2027 season. These are non-board volunteer roles — a fantastic way to get involved and support your division and the families within it.

Open Positions:

• U7 Division Lead
• U9 Division Lead
• U11 Division Lead
• U13 Division Lead
• U15/U18 Division Lead

What Does a Division Lead Do?

Division Leads are the first point of contact for coaches, managers, and parents within their division. Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the go-to resource for questions and concerns within your division
• Escalating matters to the Executive Director when needed
• Supporting the execution of player evaluations and team formation (logistics support)

What This Role Is NOT:

We’ve restructured how our volunteer roles work. Division Leads are not responsible for arranging evaluations or team formation from scratch, scheduling, or managing conflict. Those responsibilities are handled at the staff level — your role is to support and connect, not to carry the weight of the entire division.

Who Should Apply?

Any MJMHA member in good standing who is passionate about minor hockey, has strong communication skills, and wants to make a positive impact in their division.
