Rink Protocols

• Starting October 1st the Kinsmen and Bert Hunt will allow 30 spectators in,  1 parent or guardian may accompany a participant. Parents are asked to not watch from in the lobby as this area is strictly an entrance. Once in the stands parents/ guardians are asked to social distance or to wear a mask.  
• All other protocols are to be followed while we work our way through the evaluations

Hi Everyone, 

Below are all the rink protocols for evaluations.   

• Arrive at the rink 20 minutes prior to your 1st ice time, sign in and pick up your evaluation jersey.  There will be a table set up in the lobby for MJMJA 
• Following the final ice time there will bags or bins available to deposit jerseys - please remind your child to do this as there will be a charge for missing jerseys
• Players are to arrive no earlier than 10 minutes for the 2nd and 3rd ice times 
• Players are asked to arrive fully dressed
• No equipment bags are allowed
• 10 participants per dressing room and they are allowed to tie their skates in the room
• Sinks for handwashing and bathrooms will be available, no showers
• No water fountains, please bring water bottles
• Exit the building as quickly as possible - no changing out of gear
• Currently, there are no spectators allowed in the facilities for all age groups, so we ask that parents return at the end of the ice time and wait outside for their player to come out.
• Players that are old enough to get into the rink, pick up their jerseys, and get to the dressing room alone we appreciate this
• Players who require assistance from a parent, you are welcome to do so and then are asked to exit immediately
• MJMHA will have our on ice coaches at each dressing room to supervise through to the end of the ice time
• Everyone who enters the building will need to sign a sheet with their name and contact #
• Kinsmen Arena - players are to enter through the front doors and exit through the door beside the referee's room
• Pla-mor Palace - Bert Hunt - Players are to enter through the front doors and exit through one of the 2 doors  in the dressing room hallway
• There will be no Concession at the Bert Hunt Arena - vending machines only
• The concession will be open at the Kinsmen Arena 
• Submit the MJMJA COVID 19 Participant Waiver before your first ice time
